this happens mostly with corporate edition. ( eScan monitor gets disabled ), you will find a cross mark on monitor icon in the icontray.
We have tried by uninstalling and reloading of escan , running mypatch monitor, espatch1 ..
But this happens regularly with several clients

Please send the debug of the system to
support@mwti.net stating the reason in it. So that the logs can be studied and the problem can be understood. Also if necessary a remote connection to your system will be required to sort out the issue.
