Any has a solution where in after installing escan 779+Latest patch dump screen comes up once in a while and mostly in Laptops and we read the records it shows ESCANMXX created the problem.

Any has a solution where in after installing escan 779+Latest patch dump screen comes up once in a while and mostly in Laptops and we read the records it shows ESCANMXX created the problem.

First try to run eSpatch1.exe with /filter command and observe.

OR

Check in \Windows\System32\drivers if Klif.sys, klif108.sys and klif50.sys exists. If these files exists then compare the size of Klif.sys with klif108.sys and klif50.sys

==> if size of klif.sys is equal to klif50.sys, then rename klif.sys to old and rename klif108.sys to klif.sys

==> if size of klif.sys is equal to klif108.sys, then rename klif.sys to klif.old and rename klif50.sys to klif.sys

and then restart the system.
