Temp User

Hello All,

One of our customer facing strange problem due to virus infections in network. We've supplied Corporate edition.

Symptom: at client end, whenever client machine reboot it automatically create one TEMP USER & login into that temp user, as well established new desktop & icons.


Attempt to remove all Users & disable all except Admin.

Can you arrange for the logs and pinfect of the system where ever you are facing the same problem??? We could come up with a solution soon.

logs has been sent to you, i have check logs but not getting solution.

Hello Dattesh,

The logs were analyzed and same problem was reported at one client in Mumbai. We also have worked on the issue.
The problem was found related to Operating system.
