i hav viewed the missing *.avc files, *.set files, *.key files in our new exe
of escan corporate. i have been told that it might may come in the new
exe also if the system drive is in fat32 file system.so whats the solution
for it, as far now we hav informed our partners and dealers that the
problem they face for missing avc, key, set files will be resolved with our new exe.
but it is still there, so what to do sir

If it is still there then it looks like a genuine disk corruption.
Please run chkdsk /f /r once in that system that should solve the issue.
