Dos Based Application Problem

Hello All,
DOS Based Application sometime doesn't work when we install eScan,But when we uninstall eScan it start working, the reason the error messasge doesn't get display when we install escan (The message which come when we open DOS Application asking for CLOSE & IGNORE), the DOS Application inspite of giving this message generate a event ID & due to this DOS Application Doesn't get open,In that case we have to change Some entry so that DOS Application gives error inspite of making a event ID, below is the registry entry needs to be changed.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Windows

Change the Value of "ErrorMode" from 2 to 0.
