Hi
I am tech support for a reseller of eScan and would like to know how to reinstall eScan after formatting a machine upon which it was installed.
How do I know which key was used to register and activate eScan with?

Hello,
Before formatting the machine you could either take a back up of license.ini file from %programfiles%\escan\license.ini or else you could send a mail to
register@mwti.net with your purchase details of escan and the details of the customer to get your key details.
