If i installed eScan then should i install anti virus too?

I want to ask that i have installed eScan now i am wondering that should i install anti-virus? i have core i5-4th gen, using win 10 operating system because i like this operating system more than other operating system, so i installed eScan in my Computer, so i don't want any virus in my computer that's why i installed eScan and hope i don't need any other anti-virus software.
