Base Errors

Hi there
Getting this error message on eScan

Image

We have eScan for server 2003 and mailscan running on the network server, that controls the updates and rule sets, the clients are running eScan corporate, and when the computers are started up or when eScan updates this error message pops up.
We have ran espatch and the update tools on the clients and the server, and this error always returns.

What can we do to Fix it?

Hello,

To resolve this issue please download the latest MWAV toolkit from any one of the given below links:
http://update6.mwti.net/download/tools/mwav.exe
and run this toolkit utility.During executing the MWAV / Quick Scan your System option, select the options Memory, Registry, Startup folders, System Folders, Services System, Drive, All Local Drive and Scan all files and then click on the "Scan and Clean" button. This would also remove any infection due to viruses / malwares.

We also advise you to download and upgrade to the latest version of eScan.

Thanks
eScan Forum Administrator,
MicroWorld.
