Recently, i noticed some slowness whenever i try to log on to EMC web console, sometimes it's either it freezes or run very slow. Upon my troubleshooting, i realized that the eScan-Apache service is either stopped or running very high in the proccess, on other days it tells you on the Web Console that the eScan Apache is not running. Anytime when it happends so, the Web Console will not function till a reboot or a reinstallation.
Is there any tool/utility or command prompt to deal with this once and for all? kindly see this as very urgent and must be attended to.
