Dear Sir,
My one client have eScan ISS 10.0.1058.677. And he had boradband internet connection. but eScan not updateing through internet. And while I update it via downloading esupdatebd then it is ok. can you help me about this?

Dear Mr.Patel,
With reference to your query, please check the "Download.log" from the log directory in eScan folder i.e. if eScan is installed in c drive then check c:\program files\escan\log folder and check for any errors in the same.
