Hello,

With reference to the problem regarding the download of Microsoft Security patches using the eScan winpatch tool on spanish OS , the mentioned problem has been rectified and the changes have been made available through our signature updates.
Please download the latest eScan signature updates ,reboot the machine once and check.

Hello,

We have checked the same on our test system and the Microsoft Security update works fine with the latest eScan signature updates on Spanish OS.
Please check if the latest virus signatures have been updated on the problematic system.
Also send us the version number of the file wgwin.exe from the eScan directory alongwith the version name and number of the eScan installed.
Right click on the eScan icon on the taskbar and click on 'About eScan' to check the version name and number.
With Regards,
Vineeth K.
