Hi,
I have installed escan ISS on a laptop having BSNL broadband connection. After installation when i connect to broadband it connected. But after running 4 to 5 minuts It hangs. There is no response from broadband connetion and even i am unable to disconnect it.
Please help me.

Dear Sir
Can you specify the operating system of your system and if you are using a USB MODEM or a router.
It would be easy to give a solution.

My operating system is Windows XP SP2. The broadband modem is connected through USB as well as LAN cable.
I think this is a firewall problem. But can't understand that If i install Quick Heal then connection will not hang. But when I install escan then connection hangs up.

When we have complaints saying on installing Escan BSNL internet connection does not browse poperly or gives out a error Page cannot be displayed.
In that case Please add these Open Source DNS and it starts working
DNS 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220

Dear Sir,
I have tried earlier. But problem is not solved.
The problem is system hangs. Even I can't disconnect the internet connection. Mostly in Dial Up connection.
When I connect broadband through dial up. After some time screen task bar color changed to gray and resize the screen, zig zag screen then every things hangs up.

I've faced same problem in gujarat but after running latest espatch1.exe & restart machine it gone solved such issue. Please give ur feedback if any query
