MWAV may got error if user's TEMP folder is Chinese folder

We got some response from our customer for MWAV errors.
Some of our customers may have TEMP folder using Chinese names.
For example, the user may have his TEMP folder in C:\系統暫存.
If mwav extract to this TEMP folder, then it will show the message "Internal Error!!! This could because of incorrect system date setting or missing signature files or corrupt files. Please send MWAV.log file to support@mwti.net".

If the user's TEMP folder is named in English, mwav works ok.

I will also send MWAV.log to your support@mwti.net account.

Please help to check...

Is there any such machine available for a remote session.

We will try to replicate the same problem here on a chinese OS and try to check again.
