eScan Monitor Service is showing Starting, and not started. neither START, STOP, PAUSE, RESTART Resume and restart options are inactive. Help !!!!!!!

Hello Sir,
The old version 10.0.962.356 had many problems.
Please download the newest version(10.0.968.374) and try again.
