Early after installation it was showing Escan Monitor Icon in system tray. But now it is now showing this icon. I tried by checking properties Hide inactive icon. Here Escan Icon is not present.

Pls restart the computer and the monitor will load again. Or please go to Windows services and select the eScan Monitor Service and right click on it and click Start. You can then resume the eScan Monitors protection.

The fact that the shield is inactive is a typical sign that you should apply avpatch.exe
