Uninstall Antivirus.lnk
Find and Delete these Antivirus 2009:

av2009install_0011.exe
av2009[1].exe
Antivirus2009.exe
ieupdates.exe

Before doing this kindly take a regitry backup.

Remove Antivirus 2009 Registry Values:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run ieupdate

The latest MWAV already detects and deletes these entries.
