Hi,

I was told, that eScan v10 is able to get immediately notification in EMC, as soon as a client is infected by a Virus. I downloaded EICAR test-files from the web on several clients. But there's neither an entry in Client Live Updater (EMC), nor the is the client in my client-list is beeing marked as infected. Am I doing something wrong?

We have checked the same and found that it is working fine,without any problem.
Do let us know if we can have a look at the system via ERS ??

ok - I re-checked this in a virtual setup. It seems that the original installation was corrupt. Viruses from clients are beeing displayed immediatly in Client-Live-Updater tab, now.

Anyway - it would be nice, if infections are beeing displayed in "infected machines" immediatly, too. Might be you could implement this in a future release?
