eScan get error dump if upgrade Windows XP SP2 to SP3

If you install eScan 10.0.962.356 at Windows XP SP2, it works OK.
Then I want to upgrade Windows XP from SP2 to SP3.
While Windows XP SP3 installing, eScan will show error dump, and then the system get no response.
And I need to hardware RESET computer.
Windows XP SP3 installation failed and rollback to SP2.

I tested many Computers, they all have the same problem.
Please check if any problem for eScan installed at Windows XP SP2.

Note: We using Windows XP Chinese version, I don't know Engligh verion work OK or NOT.
