Softomate and Raptordefence Virus

These 2 spyware viruses keep coming up after a scan. In plain english, how do I delete them. I've tried asking Escan themselves, but only told to reload some files which didn't work.

Hello Fletcher,
Did you try to scan the system in safemode??
It would be easier for us to debug and give you a solution if you could provide us with the logs. (viz MWAV and MWAVC) just in case scanning in safemode didnt work.
