Can you please confirm whether mwav 10.0.60 will delete and clean the system of the conficker/downadup virus?

The latest version of MWAV uploaded is [11.0.25DB].

This will clear the infections of conficker/downadup. But before starting the scan make sure your OS is updated with the hotfix (KB-958644) provided by Microsoft to remove this vulnerability:

For Windows XP
