QUICK SCAN ICON ON DESKTOP

Is it possible to make one icon of Quick Scan by default on desktop after Escan Installation, due to that customer scan it & clean all drive. Otherwise most of customer double click on Escan Icon & doing ODS scanning which not sufficient for virus cleaning.
