Hello Sir,
My customer installed eScan AV 10.0.966.369 in Windows 7 x64 edittion.
We found it installed in x32 mode. (Really ??)
After installed eScan , the eScan services running and the red icon shown in the icon tray.
But when he double click the icon to open the eScan Protection Center, it shown a warnning message " eScan Monitor not loaded".
I want to know eScan V10 really support Windows 7 x64 edition? or just 32bit edition only? or you have any idea to running eScan correctly in Windows 7 x64 edition?
