Hello Sir,
Many eScan V9 Corp users tell us that their computers had system halt after the new eScan monitor update.
They had eScan Corp installed on server, and all client update from server.
Before the eScan Monitor Stop problem, they all work well.
At 2009/2/22~23, you have eScan Monitor Stop problem, so they may run hotfix or avpatch, or some computers may update their monitor with your defination updates.
But many computers had system halt after eScan monitor upgrade.
These computers may using for some time, maybe 15 mins or 4~5 hours.
Then these computers may stop response, most of them had only mouse moving work, but mouse click fail and "Ctrl+Alt+Delete" NOT work.
One customer tried to re-install Windows, and then install eScan. The problem still happen.
These computers using Windows XP SP2 or SP3 Chinese edition, and eScan Corp 9.0.824.205. Some may patched to 9.0.824.356.
We found this problem happened with new eScan monitor. No matter they using 9.0.824.205 or 9.0.824.205 with final hotfix.
Please help to check this problem as soon as posible. Some of them now un-install eScan to make their computer work well.
