Cannot Download ESUPDATE / MWAV after installing eScan v10

After installing eScan version 10 and after selecting the option "Download Latest Hotfix" from the "Tools" tab of eScan Protection Center, it just downloads espatch1.exe by default and the options to select esupdate /mwav tools are greyed out.
SOLUTION:
Goto C:\Program files\eScan folder and execute/run the file WGWIN.EXE.
You may then select the required tool (espatch1/esupdate/mwav) to download.
