Does eScan 10 still support Windows 98/ME ??

Today I try to intsall eScan 10 RC1 in Windows 98 SE
It shows " This program must run in Windows NT".
Does eScan 10 NOT support Windows 98/ME ??
Some of our customers still run Windows 98...
If eScan 10 not support, they should still run eScan 9.
