webpage scanning and popup filter do not work at safari & chrome internet browser though it is enable & active from escan content administrator.

after successfully entry Safari.exe & chrome.exe at the browsers.txt & Include.dat files for blocking unwanted webpage & popup filter, yet its not working.

tell me also how i'll deploy it from emc eScan Parent Server to all child servers & all client pcs' ?

I've also tried this fix (adding safari.exe to the include.dat and the browser.txt files). The web filtering still does not affect Safari.
I've rebooted. Opened and closed the browser with no affect.
The web filtering works with IE so I know it's configured properly.

How can we resolve this?
