in windows98 systems not changing the last update date but daily.avc showing current date

Can you mention te release as well as the patch applied.
Please mention it was installed from the server or stand alone

Please run Scandisk utility on your computer first.
Rename ftptemp folder to ftptemp1, then try to take fresh update.
find path for ftptemp folder <root drive>:\Program files\escan\ ftptemp folder .
This should solve your problem.

after changed the medium security it is working fine but system get hang
by default we have loded in lowsecurity mode after that it is not changing the date but it is taking the update
