I need Snap Shot

Can any one send the USB Cotrol snap Shot from Content Administrator after adding this feature, I though in my system it was not properly installed. Its giving msg box when ever I try to pin any USB, but I could not get any kind of options related to USB in Content Admin >> Application Control frame.

And also is there any solution for below issue

In most cases the clients showing UNKNOWN in Column "last-update" in EMC, even the client has upto dated updates. I checked at client end it showing the updation date. I verified ini file ( Verinfo and Eupdate) there also I'm gettng correct answer only I'm not getting correct answer in EMC.

How can we get the correct updation date from client.
