Dear Sirs.
I´m eScan user over 20 years, while maintaining the antivirus daily updated but, unfortunately, my computer was infected by Trojan-Ransom.Win32.CryptXXX.
I used the Kaspersky´s tools without sucess.
Somebody can help me to decript my files (fotos, music, etc)?
