excel 2000

Good Day

All i just need to find out once e scan was installed on my system. I
have been battle ing to open any excel file when it opens it has this bar at the bottom scanning with virus scanner.

It just hangs there then i have to end the task for to close excel.

I do have the latest version installed and es patch, if i un install e scan then it is fine please help..

Hello,

Can you confirm if you are using any other Anti Virus software apart from eScan which we doubt might be causing the problem.

Alternatively send a debug information to support@mwti.net stating the reason. So that we could look into the matter and rectify the same.
