how to enable cloud protuction

Dear Sir,
Today i installed eScan corporate edition 14.0.1400.1507, here i can not enable "cloud protection". It shown here: cloud security network is disabled. plz tell me how i can enable it ?

after install this new version i feel slow internet browsing due to enabled web protection of malware and phishing filter. plz also tell me, how i can speed up my internet browsing by keeping all enable ?

I also can not download anything through Firefox when real time protection is enabled. see the attachment. If i disable eScan real time protection then download become start by firefox. But through IE it is ok.
