Dear Sir,
We are using eScan corporate version 11.0.1139.1277 DB in all our clients. but is some client if I try copy some folder or files from network to local drive then it gives error of access deny. and for this problem I have to do pause protection of eScan and then I success to copy folder. So please find out the problem in eScan and give the solution for it.
