POP-UP ALERTS

How do i disable the alert pop-up on the EMC to the workstation... example, if i deploy a policy to block facebook.com, how do i disable the pop-up so that workstation/client will not see the alert/pop-up.

Please come to my aid cause a client is on me for that purpose.
