If eScan is install it will download the latest MWAV in eScan folder Since you have saved the previous downloaded MWAV on Desktop.
Once you run the mwav it will update the version of MWAV in escan also but the Latest DOWNLOADED FILE LOCATION would be in eScan directory.

Hope I am clear on this :)
