ACTIVATION AND HARD DISK ERROR

Yesterday after online activation I was upgrading the version update ISS 10 and system suddenly restarted. There were some hard disk errors to which I corrected with chkdsk. after that licence was showing wrong and not activated on the same machine. However I had noted down the 60 digit key. I removed the escan first and reinstalled it again and activated with the same key. However my question is that what to do in this situation. Which are the best steps to handle this situation.

Hello ,

It seems to be a co incidence as after restart the license vanished away.
If there are any cross links then it is recommended to perform check disk first in order to avoid these kind of errors.
