Recently, the EMC of the corporate edition 10.0.997.493 has been disappearing within a twinkle of an eye,sometimes during a deployment or searching of clients by IP etc. previously when it was 10.0.977, it wasn't behaving so.

Please take note of the above and kindly work on it in due time. Thanks alot.

Do download the new eserv.exe from here

follow below steps.
1) Start->Run-> Type "killproc eserv.exe"
2) Rename the eserv.exe to eserv.exe.old in \Program Files\eScan\ directory.
3) Paste this file in \Program Files\eScan\ directory.
4) Start eScan server from Start->Programs->eScan for Windows menu.

If you face the reported problem in this EMC also,do let us know.
