Hi,

Is it possible to add the feature in that we can easily move messages out of the quarantine back to the mail client?
If not, what prevents us from adding this?

Thanks!
Joan

Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting us at eScan.

With reference to your query, could you please give us information about the email client being used at your end.
eScan creates a SPAM folder where it saves the original mails in the email client itself from where the mails can be transferred back.

Hi,

A virus is a malicious program that causes various discrepancies in the user’s computer system. This self-replicating program may damage the system’s program files and may corrupt the user data that is why it is important to delete a virus as soon as you discover its presence on your computer. Virusremovalguidlines always provide the latest virus and threat new and update.

Thanks!
