eScan Child Server / Client PC dont upload their log to EMC

Dear Sir,

eScan Child Server dont send/upload its log to parent server though i changed some configuration at every eScan Child Server as per your instruction. i also found that maximum client pc also dont send/upload their log to EMC. i m using eScan version is 10.0.1058.823

when i delete virus infected log from EMC, the red mark dont remove from client/pc. after full scanning in safe mode it again infected and marked as red icon.

Therefore, i can not understand which pc's are infected and which pc's are running smoothly? You are requested, solve this problem.
