Internet Browsers can´t load sites after Installation ISS

I installed eScan ISS on a Win7 Ultimate 64Bit system. After installation Firefox 32bit , I.E.8 32Bit and I.E.8 64Bit can not load any URL.

The internet connection is not down, because in cmd.exe ping any sites is ok. TeamViewer is ok, Windows Updates and eScan updates can be loaded.
Thunderbird can´t send emails,too.

If Firewall is deactivated the situation is the same. Deactivats the internet protection does not solve the problem.

Is there an incompalibity with Win7 64Bit Systmes an browsers?

Any ideas?

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in reply.
We have tried to replicate the same in various environments in our labs.
But we were unable to do so.
Everything worked smoothly after installing the Firefox and eScan.
So ,please do mail us the ERS details (eScan Remote Support) details (ID and the password) on qa@mwti.net with the time when we can connect to the problematic system and have a look.

Hi,

I've run into this as well. We found that it's the MAilAntivirus component that is causing the issue. When stopped we're able to browse.
This is also on a Windows 7 system.

I can provide remote support if you get back to me ASAP.
