unable to attach files on machine running escan 10.0.977.493

Hello Team,
Kindly help me out, i am using escan corporate edition 10.0.977.493DB
I cannot attach file in yahoo or gmail but if i uninstall escan i can attach files very fast, what could be the problem

This is caused by escan? My users were complaining that they could not attach files to gmail and hotmail and I just thought it was just my slow internet in the office. Now I really have to test this.
Edited: I just checked with IE8 and Firefox 3.5.3 and everything seems to be working. No issues with slow down. Firefox was a bit slow but it was also using up all the CPU resources. IE8 was fast. What browsers are you using?

Can you please let us know if the problem is still persisting ??...
We have fixed the similar problems in daily updates.
Do let us know if the problem is still there even after the latest updates ?...
If yes.. do let us know so that we can look into it.
