Hello Sir,
Users using eScan Corp V10.0.968.374, and found the Virus Report function in EMC can NOT use.
In the Virus Report option, the button "Show Report" is in gray and disable.
Users want to know how to make it work.

Please kindly check it and tell us the solution.

Open EMC -> Goto Reports -> Configure Mailing of Reports -> Put in proper details and Enable Mailing of Reports.

Once that is enabled, Show report will be enabled too.
