Sites Not loading with eScan V10

Having a problem with websites loading with eScan ISS V10 and Vista 64 Bit operating systems, some sites will load as done in the browser but be a blank white page, you can refresh and it will load again as a plain white page. If you pause protection, reopen the browser and try the same site it loads correctly. We have come across this problem with several new vista 64 computers using eScan V10.

We have tried a combination of turning off website scanning and other protection features, but as far as we can tell these sites can be accessed via pausing protection.
