Mail Vanishing

We are having e-mail with attachments dissapearing (receiving & sending).

I tried sending an e-mail from my bluebottle account while watching the 'Active Sessions', for a short 2 seconds I see the bluebottle serve attach.

I have found this in the smtpsvr log. It seems to verify the recipient and then there is an 'RSET' and the connection closes.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I am also looking at it from Mailscan.

Take a look into MailScan's SPOOLOUT folder, if there are some files with extension .MER these should be your missing mails.
In SPOOLER.LOG there should be an entry for of these files telling you "Unable to create CMD from ..."

Sometimes we also have this problem with MailScan 5.30. Which I already reported to support crew.
