Issue while Deploying Others S/W Thru EMC

While we are deploying espatch1 / MWAV patches from server through emc > by selecting install Other software option some clinets giving below kind of messages can any one help

Can any one faced such kind and is there any solution

Did you try to ping to the system where in the deployment failed.

If pinging works fine try to set the correct host configuration viz the username and the password.

This is the reason the first deployment worked successfully whereas the other two failed. Check and confirm

In case the above is working and still you face the issue please delete the log files of the system and then apply the user name and password and try.

Unless those are not come to N/W we can't see those failed clients in our EMC. More over in that issue I have 90 users and more than 30% clients replied the same message.

I tried your suggestion, its not working, Later, I deployed these failed clients by selecting each one at a time. At this time these did not gave any trouble.
